Understanding Your Dashboard

Enabling Custom Events

Custom events are automatically enabled on Advanced and Pro plans. No additional configuration needed!

Server-Side Conversions API (CAPI)

Pro Plan Only

CAPI sends conversion data directly from your server to Meta, bypassing iOS 14+ restrictions and ad blockers.

How CAPI Works

  1. Browser Pixel Fires: Standard events (PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart) tracked via JavaScript
  2. Customer Completes Checkout: Order is placed on your store
  3. Webhook Triggers: BigCommerce sends order data to Algoboost
  4. Server Sends Purchase Event: Algoboost sends Purchase event directly to Meta's API
  5. Deduplication: Meta uses event_id to merge browser and server events, preventing double-counting

Setting Up CAPI

  1. Upgrade to Pro plan ($29.99/month)
  2. Get a Conversions API Access Token from Facebook Events Manager
  3. Enter the token in your Algoboost dashboard
  4. Server-side tracking starts automatically!

What's Included in the Feed?

Using the Catalog Feed

  1. Copy your catalog URL from the Algoboost dashboard
  2. Go to Facebook Commerce Manager
  3. Create a new catalog and select "Data Feed"
  4. Paste your Algoboost catalog URL
  5. Set update frequency (hourly or daily)
  6. Use the catalog for Dynamic Product Ads or Instagram Shopping

💡 Auto-Updates: Your catalog feed updates automatically when you add, edit, or remove products in BigCommerce. No manual sync required!

Managing Your Subscription

You can change your plan anytime from your dashboard:

All billing is handled through Stripe Customer Portal:

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to your Algoboost dashboard
  2. Click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Plan"
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Access continues until end of billing period

⚠️ Note: If you uninstall the app, your subscription is automatically canceled and pixel tracking stops immediately.
